x^2y=xy^2

Differentiate implicitly.

x^2y' + y(2x) = x(2yy') + y^2

x^2y' + 2xy = 2xyy' + y^2

x^2y' - 2xyy' = y^2 - 2xy

y'(x^2 - 2xy) = y^2 - 2xy

y' = (y^2 - 2xy)/(x^2 - 2xy)
