Explain the message in the Cross of Gold Speech.

This was a speech spoken by William Jennings Bryan, a known former USA House of Representatives, representing Nebraska.  He was at the Democratic National Convention, and this speech was about supporting bimetallism or also known to be unoccupied silver.  He believed this would bring the United States successfulness.
